Inside Sales Representative- B2B

Currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a premiere client with 3+years experience with a successful sales track record, enjoys sales and building relationships with clients, is motivated, driven and goal oriented.

In this role you will work together with the sales team to develop new business through a full cycle sales process. From prospecting and lead generation to submitting proposals and negotiating contracts to finalizing and closing the sale with your client- YOU are part of it all.
While building a successful pipeline of qualified and booked business you will essentially manage that pipeline while creating your own true book of business, working together with your clients to grow customer retention, build referrals and strong relationships.

This company services major corporations throughout the country and all of all your business development is created from the inside so excellent communication skills are a must.

Ideal candidates will possess strong sales and relationship building skills, be goal oriented, and be able to effectively communicate both written and verbally. Time management and organizational skills are crucial as you will you need to effectively balance your day and manage your growing pipeline.

Compensation Structure:

  • A base salary ( not draw ) of 30,000.00 annually
  • Monthly and Quarterly Commission including bonuses and incentives
    Paid formal training
